Daniel Aspleaf is the Founder and Director of LLC “CDM Engineering Ukraine.” He holds a Master’s degree in Chemistry from the University of Washington (USA) and has more than 25 years of professional experience, including over 13 years of living and working in Ukraine and across Eastern Europe.
His scientific background and extensive experience in international commercial operations have enabled him to successfully lead the development and implementation of complex, large-scale projects in the fields of water supply and water resources, waste management, transport, and energy infrastructure.
Through his work with a diverse range of clients, including private companies, government institutions, and international financial organizations, Daniel has developed a strong understanding of the specific requirements of implementing infrastructure and engineering projects in Ukraine. His professional experience covers the preparation of feasibility studies, procurement and tender procedures, project management, and contract implementation in accordance with international standards, including FIDIC conditions.
