Our technical team have experience in working according to international standards often demanded by multinational engineering or EPC companies and IFIs, including FIDIC contract conditions.
Full Project Management Cycle
We carry out projects of any complexity, ensuring professional management of all stages—from concept and planning to the completion of construction and the commissioning of the facility. Our approach guarantees quality, transparency, and the efficient use of resources.
Engineering Consulting
We provide engineering consulting services for the preparation, assessment and implementation of investment and infrastructure projects. We support clients in assessing project technical feasibility, selecting optimal technical solutions, identifying key risks, and preparing projects for financing, procurement and subsequent implementation.
Our services include:
- Comprehensive Technical Review — independent assessment of the technical condition of facilities and projects, design and permitting documentation, engineering infrastructure, technical solutions, key risks, and overall project readiness for implementation or financing.
- Technical Evaluation of facilities, technologies and equipment — assessment of the baseline conditions, technical needs and constraints; comparison of technical alternatives; evaluation of compatibility with existing infrastructure and compliance with regulatory requirements, operating conditions and project objectives.
- Pre-feasibility and Feasibility Studies — analysis of technical components, alternatives and implementation scenarios; preliminary assessment of capital expenditures, resource requirements, project schedules and key risks; and preparation of recommendations to support investment decision-making.
- Preparation of Technical Reports and analytical materials for investment and energy projects — assessment of baseline conditions, proposed investments and technical parameters, energy efficiency and generation indicators, capital costs, economic indicators and project risks.
- Development and review of Technical Specifications, procurement and tender support — preparation of technical sections of procurement and tender documentation, review of technical requirements, responses to bidders’ technical queries, analysis of manufacturers’ and suppliers’ proposals, and evaluation of the technical component of bids.
We work on projects in the fields of energy, renewable energy, energy storage systems, cogeneration, water supply and wastewater infrastructure, as well as industrial and municipal infrastructure.
Civil and Industrial Design
We deliver comprehensive design services covering the full project development cycle, from Feasibility Studies (FS) and Concept Design through Detailed Design and Working Documentation. Our services also include construction supervision to ensure compliance with approved design solutions throughout project implementation. Upon request, projects can be developed using Building Information Modeling (BIM) technology, enabling integrated 3D modeling of buildings, structures, and engineering systems. All assignments are led by certified Chief Project Engineers (CPE) or Chief Project Architects (CPA).
Technical Supervision
We perform professional technical supervision throughout the entire construction period. We ensure that the work performed complies with the approved project documentation, building codes, technical specifications, and contractual requirements. We inspect the quality of work and materials, monitor adherence to construction schedules, and oversee the acceptance procedures for completed work.
