Municipal Energy Management Certification Ukraine (MEMCU)

The Municipal Energy Management Certification Ukraine (MEMCU) project supports Ukrainian cities in strengthening municipal energy management through the European Energy Award and implementation of demonstration investments. CDM Engineering Ukraine supports participating municipalities and prepares pre-feasibility studies for sustainable infrastructure projects across healthcare, water and wastewater, public lighting, education, sports facilities and heating systems. Proposed investments include renewable energy installations with battery storage, thermal modernization of public buildings, heat-pump systems and energy-efficient public lighting, with the overall objective of improving energy efficiency, resilience and energy independence of municipal infrastructure.
