As part of its WASH program, IOM aims to support resilience and recovery efforts of water utilities (vodokanals) in Ukraine. The project in Kryvyi Rih aims to enhance access to a reliable and sustainable water supply service for the Kryvyi Rih population.
The project comprises five stages, starting with a comprehensive diagnosis of the water supply system and identification and prioritization of interventions focused on water treatment, pumping energy efficiency and water loss reduction. Conditional subsequent stages include detailed design and tender preparation, support for works supervision, and preparation for future interventions.
