Under the EU programme “Better Skills for Modern Ukraine” (EU4Skills), CDM supported the Ministry of Education and Science in the initial evaluation undertaken as part of the European Investment Bank’s due diligence for appraisal of a loan operation for 10 future Vocational Education and Training (VET) Centers of Excellence.
