The objective of this assignment is to provide the Lenders with a report on the technical aspects and risks of the Project in order to enable the Lenders to assess whether the Company will have the capacity to service the proposed loan.
Our services
- Technical due diligence (TDD) review followed by the financial close and first disbursement support (visit the Project site to assess the overall suitability of the site to accommodate ongoing Project Operations: assessment of land use, terrain, soil, hydrology, topography, transportation access, grid connection, and environmental impacts like noise and shadow flicker. Review of relevant studies on ground conditions, transportation, flood risk, seismic hazards, climate constraints, interconnection infrastructure, and utilities, providing opinions on suitability, risks, and project impacts. The assessment includes participating in stakeholder meetings and analyzing site-specific factors to ensure proper planning for construction and operation. Review and opine on the status of construction and operation permitting and outline outstanding permits required for the construction and operation of the Project);
